Carmella McNeill
Hello, I am so excited to join the Constitution family during my 21st year of teaching. I was married on July 3rd, so I will soon change my name to Mrs. Fears. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in English and history from Eastern Illinois University and Master’s in Educational Leadership From American College of Education.
Riding motorcycles, camping, and finding new taco spots are my favorite activities. I have three adult children and a two-year-old granddaughter and two chickens. I am so looking forward to teaching 6th-grade language arts and history with the amazing staff at Constitution!
