I am JoLene McFarland. The students call me Miss JoLene. I am a former student Constitution Elementary. This school holds a special place in my heart. Growing up, I struggled with reading. Fortunately, I had a mom, who had an infectious enthusiasm for reading and learning.
We have about 10,000 books, in our library. I love seeing the students excited about the books they pick out from our collection. There is something for every one. Parents are welcome to come see our library. We also have a nice library website. Parents and students can brows or search for books. If the student is logged in on their computer through destiny, they may put a book on hold.
I have 2 book fairs a year, to earn credit for more new books. We partner with, Phoenix Book Company, for our book fairs. They are affordable and there is a nice variety of books.
